At BougeRV, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your BougeRV account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive your RMA number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unworn apparel in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the item remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 3-5 business days.
